As a sustainability-focused caterer in East London, we’re committed to creating exceptional food while reducing environmental impact at every stage — from sourcing and cooking to packaging and delivery.

We don’t treat sustainability as a buzzword. It’s built into how we operate, who we work with, and the food we proudly serve.

Our Sustainability Commitments

Provenance

We believe knowing where food comes from matters. Our ingredients are sourced primarily from UK-based suppliers, alongside a small number of carefully chosen partners further afield who meet our standards for ethical growing and responsible transportation. This allows us to maintain quality, transparency, and integrity across everything we serve.

Seasonality

We work with the seasons in an authentic and informed, but practical way, building menus around what is at its natural best. By showcasing outstanding local produce and combining it with our deep understanding of modern cooking techniques, we bring out the full potential of each ingredient, celebrating seasonality without limitation.

Waste

Minimising waste is central to how we operate. We plan using scalable ordering, make thoughtful use of leftovers, and recycle what little waste we do create. Where surplus food remains, we work with community-based organisations to ensure it reaches those who need it most.

Carbon

We are actively reducing our carbon footprint across the business. This includes continuing to build our electric delivery fleet, choosing suppliers and clients who share our commitment to lowering emissions, and developing systems that allow us to better monitor and reduce our impact over time. Our kitchen operations are designed to use zero single-use plastics, and we continually review our processes to do better.

People

People are too often overlooked in sustainability conversations. We believe a truly sustainable business must look after those who make it run. We’re a Real London Living Wage Employer and our team is paid an easily liveable wage, rewarded for their work, and supported in a way that prioritises wellbeing over burnout. A healthy, respected team is essential to everything we do.
