Our food

Our vibrant, seasonal menus are mostly vegetarian and vegan and bring together the flavours of the world, without the airmiles.

We use modern ingredients, techniques and flavours to deliver a contemporary food experience, whether at the office or for a special occasion. 

Everything is made from scratch, using premium ingredients and sourced from our incredible suppliers across the UK and Europe. We make food that nourishes, no matter your dietary needs.

Who we are

With years of experience in the food industry, arch is staffed by passionate chefs, putting sustainability and choice at the heart of every order. 

Founder, Lamya studied at Le Cordon Bleu, gaining the Grand Diplome in cuisine and patisserie and created arch to bring together modern techniques, international flavours and a passion for improving the way we all eat. 

  • Lamya Hachicho

    FOUNDER / DIRECTOR

    Over a period of five years, alongside her marketing career, Lamya decided to explore her passion for food by managing street food stalls and hosting supper clubs.

    These experiences allowed her to nurture her love for food, sustainably-minded values, and entrepreneurial instincts. In 2019, Lamya made the decision to leave the corporate world behind to retrain at Le Cordon Bleu and launch arch in 2020.

  • Joshua Pollen

    HEAD CHEF

    Josh joins us as Head Chef with years of experience in some of London’s top restaurants, but has focused in recent years on developing expertise in sustainability, working at Silo, Noma Fermentation Labs and running his own Koji lab in east London.

  • Ellie Winter

    EVENTS MANAGER

    Ellie comes to arch with nearly 10 years experience managing events and she has organised everything from a private 20 person dinner at the British Museum, to a 6000 person convention at Printworks.

    Ellie’s previous venue roster includes the Science Museum, Middle Temple, Tower of London, Somerset House and Old Bishopsgate.

  • Jason French

    SENIOR SOUS CHEF

    Jason has spent years developing his work as a private chef working across London. Jason brings his expertise to supporting kitchen production at arch and being lead event chef on everything from intimate private dining to 200 person Weddings.

  • Josipa Kajic

    EVENTS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

    Josie is responsible for ensuring all our events run smoothly. From making sure equipment is where it needs to be, to making sure our team members are briefed, Josie makes it happen. You can even occasionally see her leading on event service for around the City from time to time.

  • Dominic Santhiyapillai

    KITCHEN ASSISTANT

    Dominic brings over 30 years experience working in kitchens to arch and is the backbone of our operations. Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and assisting the chefs, we also reckon he’s the quickest arancini-roller in London

  • Michael Saunders

    DRIVER

    Michael’s previous experience driving a black cab and working for Addison Lee as a courier means he’s an expert at getting across London. Whether you’re ordering for delivery, or we are loading equipment for your event, Michael will be your point of contact.

How we work

  • We minimise food waste by recycling, preserving and fermenting and building innovative menus using what we make

  • We use biodegradable or reusable packaging for deliveries and prioritise suppliers who do the same

  • We focus on building an organic and ethical supply chain, especially for animal products

  • Our menus are developed to show that great vegetarian and vegan food means you don’t have to miss eating meat

  • We are committed to reducing our carbon impact as a business by 10% every year.
